Fireworks are fun but they can be dangerous especially when they are used around children. Children are often fond of seeing fund without the risks and downsides associated with it especially in the case of bright fireworks and the associated noise. Statistics have shown that the most firework accidents occur with people who have their firework displays at home and if you have children at home these statistics should even be more of a concern to you. Ideally you should visit a public firework display if you intend to have fun on any day of festivities that usually involves fireworks. However if you really want to do all you can to have to have fun at home and fireworks are part of this fun, you should do everything to ensure firework safety for children is observed.

Ideally certain rules and guidelines should govern the use of fireworks at home. Some certain types of fireworks should be avoided in cases of home use. Giving fireworks that may seem as harmless as sparklers to children who are less than 5 years old is something that should be avoided. You should also endeavor to keep your pets safely locked away from such events, if your pets are bound to run into the path of exploding fireworks, younger children are bound to dart after them even in play. By doing these things you ensure that firework safety for kids is well and truly observed and your family can have a safe and wonderful fireworks display for whatever occasion you may particularly have in mind.
